The process simple
Most agents have never done an assignment. In fact, most agents don’t like doing them because of the expertise required to navigate between pre-construction, existing resale comparables, lawyer reviews, tax implications, builder approvals, etc.
Marketing is a challenge with assignments. We go through your agreement to understand the incentives & features of your unit. From there we put a marketing package together for your unit.
Once an interested party is found we help you negotiate the sale price and the other terms. Just like a resale property, there are other terms to consider with an assignment. Closing date, lawyer review, and payment terms.
